CHANTING


MEDIDATION AND CHANT: POSITIVE ENERGY 

Today we will discuss about the positive facts of chanting. Let's start!

Basically, "CHANTING " means to create the vibration energy through your vocal which forms the positive environment. Sound meditation into our practice to connect with energy of the universe.  

    • Words themselves have the power of expression. How we can change and grow the world. Sound energy connects with our souls and universe through words and song. I recommend adding mantras to your morning and evening meditation practice. It is beautiful to wake up or go to sleep listening to sound of   your own voice chanting.  

Now, we will elaborate some mantras which you can add into your routine.           

    1. "OM NAMO BHAGAVATE VASUDEVAYA ": This mantra has been chanted by millions of yogis and sadhus. It is cleansing and empowering and connects one with the divinity in everything. It can be recited by especially when you are seeking insight and guidance.                                                                                                                                                                                                             
    2. "OM TAT SAT": This mantra appears in Bhagavad Gita. It represents divine energy and invokes powerful blessings. All work is performed as an offering of love and service. This mantra is recited especially before beginning any important work, to help perfect and refine our intentions and bring out balance and wholeness.

    3. "LOKAH SAMASTAH SUKHINO BHAVANTU": This mantra, popularized by Jivamukti yoga, is a beautiful reminder to look beyond ourselves and to remember our place in future.

 SURYA NAMASKARA : ONE EXERCISE FOR ALL MUSCLES AND MING CONNECTION

Today, we will understand the benefits of Surya namaskar. Basically, this exercise is a daily routine activity which makes our connection stronger between our mind and muscle. It's helps to concentrate and focus on your primary activity also helps to glow your face. In this exercise all your muscles get trained. We, learn it through initial steps.   

STEP 1: Stand in attention pose and inhale maximum oxygen and fold your hands in Namaste pose.

STEP 2: Raise your both hands and bend towards back according to your maximum.

STEP 3: Now, bent towards your front and touches the ground with your palms and make sure your knees should be straight.

STEP 4: Take a step back with your leg and make a position when your eyes see at high point and same goes with the other leg.

STEP 5: Please be on the push up exercise position and take a Hindu push up.

STEP 6: Follow, the same as of step 4.

STEP 7: Be on attention pose and follow your initials.

In 1947, it was noticed that chloro flouro carbons (CFC's) like R-11, R-12 used extensively in refrigeration industry have ozone depletion potential (ODP).

CFCs are stable compounds in normal atmosphere. As explained above, when these rise to ozone layer. they decompose due to sunlight. The chlorine atom reacts with ozone and causes its depletion.

However, in the absence of confirmed proof, the scientific community for a long time did not press for elimination of the use of these gases. 

After few preliminary discussions, in 1987, an agreement was signed by representatives of many countries in Montreal, Canada.

REVIEW: HEART TOUCHING FILM BY RAJKUMAR HIRANI "DUNKI".

Basically it is comedy ,emotional drama film which gives us a patriotic message that "Language is just a medium of communication so others understand easily ." Don't judge or create the rules on the basis of language .

It is a story of Punjab  guys , having dreams to go London and work there , earn in pounds as they have responsibility of their parents. And also have a lover guy who wants to bring back her girlfriend who married and beaten by her husband. Other characters have dreams for their family to grow them . 

But , must say a brilliant performance by Vicky Kaushal . They are in problem because they officially can't to go London because they have passport ,visa and purpose to live there because they don't have money , any degree or legal purpose to there . 

So, they try the "DUNKI" way to fulfil there dream to reach London . They faced many challenges during their way some lost their lives. Emotional sentiments appears and very lovely message you will get after watching this . RATED 8/10.

INDIAN WRESLERS DISAGREED WITH THE MODI GOVERNMENT.

As we all know , from last few months there is a fight ongoing between our Indian wrestlers and Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) member Brij Bhushan Saran Singh  as a women wrestler alleged him for misbehave . Now , our Indian Wrestler Bajrang Punia returned his Padma Shri Award to PM Narendra Modi after Brij Bhushan Singh's aide Sanjay Singh was elected Wresting Federation of India (WFI) chief on Thursday. 

Wrestlers  not expected this from the Government . Brij Bhushan has been accused of sexually assaulting women wrestlers.
